Hop Harvest is to brewers what Christmas is to normal people. This year we have brewed a nice clean pale ale, and dry hopped it with 100 kilograms of wet Cascade hops, grown just 24 kilometers from the brewery. From field to fermenter in just 7 hours. Which explains the name: 24/7 Pale Ale. It most definitely doesn't mean we could drink this at any hour of the day... or does it?
