Cruisin' IV

Each year we try to go on a quest in the west. Cruisin' along the coast in search of the IBU's we've lost over the years. This years rendition of our highly drinkable but bitter IPA contains fresh Bravo hops even in the mash, Centennial and Simcoe on the hot side and a dryhop of Mosaic and El Dorado for that extra punch. Warning: This beer is over 90 IBU. Tip: Pairs well with a big fatty juicy burger.
