Eye of the Brainstorm

We've developed a habit of brewing collabs with Dutch breweries from every corner of the country. This time with our friends from Zuyd Craft, who drove back and forth all the way from Maastricht to brew this creamy milkshake IPA with fresh pressed Feijoa fruit from New Zealand. The body of the beer comes from over 40% oats and just a touch of lactose for the milkshake effect. The taste of feijoa is often described as a pineapple and guava explosion with a hint of bubblegum and strawberry. Cheers from North to South!
